CovenCraft:
Witchcraft for Three or More
by Amber K
I do not belong to a coven, and don't think I would want to unless
I started it myself, but if you're so inclined this is an incredible
resource on just that subject. Amber covers everything from getting
members to solving disputes to keeping a budget to finding a covenstead
to teaching to public relations (it's a big book). There are also
rituals, group exercises to break the ice at meetings and foster
the group mind, and suggested degree programs for trainees. If you're
seeking a coven and want to know what to look for, or if you want
to strike out on your own, get this book first.

I have to agree that this book definitely
covers many, if not most, of the issues that surround a coven. It
is also a wonderful guide for anyone who wishes to involve numerous
people in a gathering of any kind. The more people you involve the
more complicated things get. It is a wonderful guide for teachers
as it explores the dynamics between personalities, something that
even the most gifted teacher may not always be prepared for. It's
about time something like this came out! ~ Trinity
