Students who are 18 years or older and interested may request initiation after the 9 Inner Planes class. We do not recruit members, thus the student is informed of what initiation entails and after that, they may approach their teacher and request initiation. Initiation is granted to those who successfully complete the course requirements, express it is their true will, and whose ethics and beliefs are are harmonious and respectful to the membership of the Sibylline Order.

Initiates are required to write: a personal belief system paper, a personal ethical principles paper, and a ritual. Papers are discussed and initiation is evaluated mutually between the student and their teacher*. Most important to us is the demonstration, through daily life, of a sincere commitment to a path that embraces the ethics of True Will and respect for the divine and sacred in everyone.

Intent to initiate is not a condition to take classes, nor is it required for successful completion of the course work. There is no charge for initiation, and no further dues or payments of any kind.

*A teacher has the right to refuse initiation. If there is any disagreement with a decision it may be brought to a Sibylline Elder for discussion.
