There is light
Infinite and unyielding
Forever and timeless
Pure light and pure consciousness
Y ou feel a tugging
A vague drifting
A slow beginning of time
A glimmering of consciousness of space
And the pull becomes stronger
Until with a great wrenching thrust
You are sent spinning into darkness
The light quickly fades
Until all you see is a large disc of light
And the glowing flickering flames that surround you
And the infinite darkness surrounding you
Slowly the trauma of separation begins to fade
You and the ball of light begin to spin
You begin to dance about each other
You begin to notice other bits of light
Floating about you in the darkness
Age after age passes as you slowly dance about each other
The orbits become more regular
The movements settle into a pattern
You yourself shed protruding bits of matter
This becomes a droplet that dances about you
You are sculpting your body with motion
Rounding your body with shaking and shifting
In your heart is the once infinite light
Part of the globe of light before you
Pulsing with the beat of the dance
As your skin cools and hardens
As your flesh buckles rises and bunches
You begin to breath with a new life
Smoke and gases flying about your skin
Trapped in the dance
Soon clouds form as your breathing increases
From the clouds comes rain storms and lightening
Storm after storm age after age
Until there is a moment that stands still
Within the storm is a flash of light
A star between heaven and earth
A seed of the first infinite white light consciousness
And there is something new that you have given birth to
Something that grows upon you
Something that is of you and yet is other
It replicates and changes
The one becomes many and the variations increase
First they are clear and then come the many colors
Blue and green begin to cloth your body
And soon your skin is covered with this thing called life
It pulses and hums with your dance
Delighted you weave new songs which find reflection in the life
Forms flourish or fade
Note by note the seasons change
When you sleep all sleeps with you
When you awake all blooms and begins to move
For ages the dance and song grows in complexity
But you are ever and always the mother
The songweaver and the holder of all life
All things grow and take nourishment from you
All things perish and return to feed you
You are forever the life of life
The protector of every Home
Every Garden
Every person who calls you
You are Gaia
